Shipping policy

We ship using UPS Ground as our primary shipping company. Order pickup is available for local orders, only. Additional arrangements are subject to shop's approval.

Shipping rates can be calculated based on flat rates, or by weight and delivery location. If flat rate shipping is not available for a product, the shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the box dimensions, overall weight of the items shipped, and on the distance of the customer's address from our distribution location.

We pack and ship your order once we have built your entire order. We reserve the right to delay shipping from the time of order until all components required to fulfill a customer's order are fabricated and powder coated, which can be up to six weeks from the time an order is placed.

Rhino Tool Systems inspects every Rock Hauler cart thoroughly prior to shipment to confirm it leaves our facility free of structural defects or significant damage. We pack each 110-pound cart with care, subject to the practical constraints of UPS packaging and size limitations.

Given the cart’s substantial weight, dimensions, and rugged design for hauling rocks and other heavy materials, minor cosmetic marks—particularly to the powder coating—may occur during transit due to the necessarily rough handling by carriers. Such cosmetic variations are consistent with the tool’s intended purpose: it is engineered for demanding, abrasive use in outdoor environments where the powder coating will inevitably experience wear and minor scuffing as part of normal operation. These marks do not affect the cart’s structural integrity, functionality, or long-term durability.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the cart upon delivery. Any concerns regarding cosmetic finish should be viewed in the context of the product’s rugged application. For claims involving visible external package damage or suspected functional impairment, please file directly with UPS within 60 days, retaining all original packaging and providing clear photographs along with your invoice.

This disclaimer does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law or our warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. We are committed to delivering durable, American-made equipment and appreciate your understanding of the practical realities involved in shipping and using heavy-duty landscape tools.

If damages are incurred during shipping that impair the operability of our product(s), we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. There is no guarantee of compensation by the shipping company when a claim is filed. Superficial damages including scratches or blemishes to the powder coating are not considered damages warranting compensation.  Any returns initiated by the customer will require the customer to pay the shipping back to Rhino Tool Systems. If packages are lost during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipper on your behalf.

Shipping outside of the continental United States and/or Canada is not available unless explicit permission is acquired from the shop owner and all shipping is arranged and paid for by buyer in advance of any action on our end.

For shipments to Canada, we do not collect DDP on the customer's behalf. Canadian customers are subject to any applicable duties or import taxes when the shipment arrives instead of at checkout.
